Full Stack Engineer

• Working as a Full Stack Engineer in the Level 3 team, investigating and debugging customer reported defects and software bugs.
• Taking on cases from customers such as AMD, Nvidia, Johnson&Johson, J&M Food Smucker and many more. These customer cases can range from performance related issues to the backend, frontend at at times the database.
• Part of the investigation includes analyzing any heap and thread dumps. Debugging and stepping through Java code ran on Tomcat and our frontend application running on Angular and at times the AWS services in part with our Multi-tenant SaaS model.

• Worked in an agile team for a SaaS company, creating and maintaining enterprise applications using tomcat as the platform and python to run these applications. I’ve worked on applications for customers to use such as Complaint Handling FDA Medwatch, Training Management and applications built for 3rd party API integrations
• Work closely with PM/PO to translate business requirements to technical implementations and QA testers to respond to feedback or ad hoc help.
• Gained AWS experience with basic hands-on tasks ranging from services such as S3, EC2, RDS, Cloudwatch, Cloudfront, Route53.

Full Stack Engineer

• W​orked as a full-stack developer in a small team agile environment, responsible for the frontend, backend, and database of the web application. Also in charge of the design team using collaborative work with Figma.
• MVC design pattern, Laravel framework with PHP as a backend using OOP principles and the Eloquent ORM. Used Technologies such as Blade, Bootstrap, and jQuery for the frontend and MySQL for the database.
• Developed the Vulnerability Management System by using API integrations from a 3rd party company. This project is a new service designed to perform network scans with credentials such as an ssh or WinRM to detect and reduce the open vulnerabilities.
